Our staffA little bit of my heart in each dish...

Most catering operations, including Simply Wonderful, start with one person in the kitchen trying to manage everything. As her business grew, Pam realized that sustained success depended upon creating a team that shared her passion for food, quality and service.

Stop by our kitchen and experience first-hand the friendly, professional service and delicious food that Simply Wonderful is known for. We have down-to-earth professionals making wholesome food for you. See for yourself where our food is prepared and meet the people who make us Simply WonderfulSam (our chef and kitchen manager), Kim (our incredibly efficient customer service manager), Sean (our amazing jack-of-all-trades in cooking and service), Andrew (our on-site baker) and Mimi (who works diligently to see that our freezers are stocked with all your favourites).  Everyone on the Simply Wonderful team takes pride in seeing clean plates at the end of the evening; we want our food to taste so good that clean-up doesn’t take much time!

The food that comes out of our kitchen is just one side of Simply Wonderful. The other side is the service that delivers our delicious food. Our clients consistently tell us how friendly, efficient and discreet our servers are at cocktail parties, dinner parties, weddings, funerals and corporate events. No union-hall waiters for us. Our team of energetic and personable servers will treat your guests like you want to be treated yourself. These are the people who have made Simply Wonderful the success that it is today. And they look forward to serving you.

Some wilted greens can be saved

If you soak moderately wilted greens in warm water (from the tap) for 5 - 10 minutes before you soak them in cold, they will actually crisp up better than if you used cold water alone.
